PIK’s Head for International Project Management, Renat Nasrutdinov, recently visited the Philippines to personally oversee the ongoing construction of the One Sierra project site in Mandaluyong City. He also did an inspection of the PIK Showroom in Menarco Tower in BGC before it opens to the public next month. Through close collaboration between PIK headquarters in Russia and harnessing the expertise of its local team and partners, PIK remains committed to setting new standards of quality in delivering developments for today’s changing world.
Mr. Nasrutdinov also checked the various plans and sites for future projects of PIK, ensuring the continued Philippine expansion of the company. One Sierra is now nearing completion of its second floor in the 30-storey structure and remains on target for its turnover date in September 2024.
