PIK Group announces the date of the placement of bonds of 5 Billion Rubles
MOSCOW, August 3, 2016 - PIK Group (LSE: PIK) announces successful closure of the books for the placement of its bonds of the BO-07 (ID #4B02-07-01556-A) series. The placement date is set at August 5, 2016.
The total amount of bonds to be placed is 5,000,000 with the total nominal value of 5,000,000,000 rubles. The maturity of the papers is ten years. The coupon rate of the bonds is 13% per year, which corresponds to a sum of 64.82 rubles for each paper issued. Coupon frequency is once every six months.
«Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation» (Public Joint-Stock Company) acted as the manager of the placement.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for financing the development of the current Company activities.
