Ground Level Milestone Achieved
One Sierra recently achieved another construction milestone with the completion of the Ground level works. Highly commended as the Best High-mid condo development in Metro Manila category during the recent Property Guru Philippines awards, One Sierra remains to be on track with its construction schedule, offering Metro Manila residents a taste of European living.
With construction in full swing and the basement and sublevels complete, there is more time to construct the main building during the summer season, lessening the chances of delays and other difficulties due to inclement weather.
One Sierra is scheduled for turnover in September 2024.
