PIK Group announces entering into three new projects in Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod and Obninsk

Moscow, April 25 2013 - PIK Group, a leading Russian real estate developer focusing on large-scale residential projects within the Moscow Metropolitan Area and selected Russian regions, announces entering into three new residential projects located in Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod and Obninsk

The new project in Rostov-on-Don located on the territory of 0.08 hectares includes construction of 16-storey monolith residential building with total area of 5,000 square meters and some commercial premises on the ground floor. New residential project will be located in the most well-maintained and comfortable for living part of Rostov-on-Don - Kirovsky district.

Residential project in Nizhny Novgorod is located on a plot of 0.64 hectares on Artelnaya street in the Soviet district near the historical center of the city and away from the noisy highways. The project includes the construction of 9,500 square meters of the residential buildings and will be harmoniously placed into existing social and commercial infrastructure of the Soviet district.

The land plot of ​​0.48 hectares is located in Obninsk, Kaluga Region 100 km to the south-west of Moscow. The site is adjacent to the Group’s residential complex Borisoglebsky in the outskirts area of Obninsk, micro region #55.  The project is designed for the construction of 3-section residential building with total area of ​​11,400 square meters. It will be the final eleventh house within the  in the construction of residential complex Borisoglebsky. PIK will also build appropriate social infrastructure such as kindergarten, school and commercial premises on the ground floor.
